• Important Notice: Due to new tariffs and customs restrictions imposed by the US administration, orders to the USA may experience an additional delay of 4–5 business days.

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING TIME?

Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-96 hours. We do not ship out on weekends.

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification via email with a tracking number.

WHY DID ONLY PART OF MY ORDER ARRIVE?

In some cases, your order may be shipped from multiple distribution centres. Please contact our care team at support@treatmedey.us to get tracking for additional parcels.

I INSERTED A WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, WHAT NOW?

Please ensure your full address is entered correctly at checkout. Treatmedy™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

We will confirm delivery details upon inquiry, but cannot be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address entry.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM DELIVERY TIME?

The maximum delivery timeframe is 60 days. At that point we start processing partial or full refund requests.
